We are pleased to announce Pastor Daniel D’Oleo as worship leader for the 2011 Intercultural Consultation and Celebration’s opening worship service on
D’Oleo has served as a youth leader, musician, Sunday School teacher, deacon, church planter, and pastor. He completed a degree in Hispanic Ministry and Leadership from Goshen College, holds a degree in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University, and has taken seminary courses at Bethany Theological Seminary.
Most recently, D’Oleo has worked to develop a unified church planting strategy and leadership development vision for Hispanic congregations, called Renacer Ministry. Three new church plants in two different districts have embraced the vision, and he is developing the Igesia Cristiana Renacer in Roanoke, Virginia. Prior to moving to Roanoke, D’Oleo was pastor at Maranatha Multicultural Fellowship in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for three years. Daniel lives with his wife of fifteen years, Oris, and their three children, Emely, Benjamin, and Melissa.
In his own words, "I praise God for giving me the opportunity to serve him as a church planter for the Virlina District. I pray that my responsibility allows me to bring more honor and glory to His name and increase my commitment to Christ and His church."
